Nitzanim (est. in 2016) is an effective, multi-year training process starting at middle-school level through to advanced and professional training. Its goal is to prepare young adults from Israel’s socioeconomic periphery for successful integration into IDF Tech Units and the local hi-tech industry
Currently there are more than 2,000 participants in all the programs in various venues throughout the Negev and Galilee (Beersheba, Yeruham, Netivot, Dimona, Kiryat Gat, Ofakim, Tiberius, Beit Shean and others)

HOW NITZANIM OPERATES
Nitzanim is consists of four tracks from high school to integration into the IDF and the hi-tech industry
Nitzanim Junior (In Grade 9th)
Intended to expose middle school students to programming via 60 hours of over and above regular learning
Nitzanim Pro (From Grade 10th to 12th)
A technological excellence track consisting of 450 hours and developed with the IDF’s School of Computer Sciences
Nitzanim Boot Camp
Intensive learning program for high school graduates – from 5 weeks to 6 months for talented 18 year olds from the periphery
Nitzanim To Tech (For young adult aged 21 and on)
Full Stack and DeVops training for a total of 800-900 hours for a soldiers after military service for integration into the local hi-tech industry.
